Hidden in Numbers는 계정이나 자체 백엔드 데이터베이스를 사용하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 상황과 설정은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 다만 광고 제공과 추가 스테이지 다운로드를 위해 Google AdMob 및 Cloudflare의 서비스가 이용되며, 해당 사업자가 아래와 같은 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

1. 운영자 및 적용 범위

본 방침은 개발자 rose100이 제공하는 모바일 게임 Hidden in Numbers(이하 “앱”)에 적용됩니다.

2. 앱이 직접 저장하는 정보

앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 제공하지 않으며, 개발자가 운영하는 별도 백엔드 또는 이용자 데이터베이스로 개인정보를 전송하지 않습니다. 스테이지 진행 상황, 복원한 아이템, 내려받은 스테이지 목록, 언어·음향·진동 등의 설정은 이용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다.

3. 광고 서비스에서 처리할 수 있는 정보

앱은 배너, 전면 및 보상형 광고 제공을 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK(AdMob)와 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. Google은 광고 제공, 분석 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.

4. 스테이지 콘텐츠 전송

추가 스테이지와 개인정보 처리방침 같은 공개 파일은 Cloudflare R2 및 Cloudflare 네트워크를 통해 제공됩니다. 파일 요청 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 브라우저·기기 정보와 같은 일반적인 네트워크 메타데이터가 Cloudflare에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

5. 정보 이용 목적 및 제3자 제공

개발자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 위 목적을 위해 Google 및 Cloudflare가 각자의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

6. 보관 및 삭제

기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 운영체제 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하여 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 이 로컬 데이터의 사본을 보유하지 않습니다. Google과 Cloudflare가 처리하는 정보의 보관 기간과 삭제 절차는 각 사업자의 정책에 따릅니다.

7. 이용자의 선택권

관련 법률에 따라 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱의 '옵션 > 광고 개인정보 선택'에서 Google UMP 광고 선택 화면을 다시 열 수 있습니다. 이용자는 기기 개인정보 보호 또는 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 추적 및 맞춤 광고 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 이용자의 이름이나 생년월일을 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 법정 동의 연령 미만의 이용자는 보호자의 지도하에 앱을 이용해야 합니다. 아동의 개인정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다고 판단되는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.

9. 보안 및 국외 처리

네트워크 통신은 HTTPS/TLS를 사용합니다. Google과 Cloudflare는 전 세계에 서비스를 제공하므로 정보가 이용자의 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있으며, 각 사업자는 관련 법률과 자체 보호조치에 따라 이를 처리합니다.

Hidden in Numbers Privacy Policy

Hidden in Numbers does not use user accounts or its own backend database. Game progress and settings are stored on the user's device. Google AdMob and Cloudflare services are used to provide advertising and downloadable stages, and those providers may process the data described below.

1. Developer and scope

This policy applies to the mobile game Hidden in Numbers (the “App”), provided by rose100.

2. Information stored directly by the App

The App does not offer registration or login and does not send personal information to a backend or user database operated by the developer. Stage progress, restored items, downloaded-stage records, and language, sound, and vibration settings are stored locally on the user's device.

3. Information processed for advertising

The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google may automatically collect or share the following data for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes:

IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
User interactions such as app launches, taps, ad interactions, and video views;
Diagnostic information about app and SDK startup, hangs, performance, and energy usage; and
Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other device- or account-related identifiers.

Ad personalization and the exact scope of processing depend on the user's region, device settings, consent choices, and Google's policies. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

4. Delivery of stage content

Additional stages and public files such as this policy are delivered through Cloudflare R2 and the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare may process ordinary network metadata such as IP address, request time, and browser or device information when a file is requested. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. Purposes and service providers

Saving game progress and retaining user preferences;
Serving ads, managing ad frequency, and granting earned rewards;
Measuring ad performance, analytics, security, and fraud prevention; and
Reliably delivering downloadable stages and static content.

The developer does not sell personal information. Google and Cloudflare may process information for the purposes above under their respective privacy policies.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally stored game data can be removed by clearing the App's data in the operating system settings or uninstalling the App. The developer does not retain a copy of this local data. Information processed by Google or Cloudflare is retained and deleted according to each provider's policies.

7. User choices

Where consent is required by law, users can reopen the Google UMP advertising choices form from 'Options > Privacy Choices' in the App. Users can reset or delete their advertising ID and change tracking or personalized-ad settings through their device's privacy or advertising settings. Privacy requests may also be sent to the email below.

8. Children's privacy

The App does not directly collect a user's name or date of birth. Users below the age at which they can legally provide consent should use the App with guidance from a parent or guardian. Please contact us if you believe a child's personal information has been handled improperly.

9. Security and international processing

Network communications use HTTPS/TLS. Because Google and Cloudflare provide global services, information may be processed outside the user's country of residence under the providers' applicable legal and security safeguards.

6. 保持および削除

端末に保存されたゲームデータは、OS設定でのアプリデータの削除、または本アプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。開発者はこのローカルデータのコピーを保持しません。Googleまたは Cloudflareが処理する情報の保持期間と削除手続きは、各事業者のポリシーに従います。

7. ユーザーの選択

法律上同意が必要な地域では、アプリ内の「オプション > プライバシー設定」からGoogle UMPの広告選択画面を再度開くことができます。ユーザーは端末のプライバシーまたは広告設定から広告IDをリセット・削除し、トラッキングやパーソナライズ広告の設定を変更できます。プライバシーに関する依頼は、下記メールアドレスでも受け付けます。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリはユーザーの氏名または生年月日を直接収集しません。法的に同意できる年齢に満たないユーザーは、保護者の指導のもとで本アプリを利用してください。子どもの個人情報が不適切に処理されたと思われる場合は、下記連絡先までお知らせください。

9. セキュリティおよび国外処理

ネットワーク通信にはHTTPS/TLSを使用します。GoogleおよびCloudflareはグローバルにサービスを提供するため、情報がユーザーの居住国外で処理される場合があります。その際は各事業者の法的・安全管理措置に従います。
